Our Pricing

Our price takes into account all the fees that are associated with bringing a product, including, Actual cost, Custom duties, Insurance and other taxes etc.
The price you see is inclusive of everything, and it is the final price you pay for your product. Please note that we charge delivery charges if you elect shipping to your location.

Legalities

Users who do not comply with Cleopatraweb.com terms of use can be held responsible by law. By these terms, Cleopatraweb.com reserves the right to defend itself in any disputes or against any legal liabilities.

Reward Points

1 (One) Point is equal to 10 (Ten) baizas (100 Points= 1 OMR)
Users must register/create account before placing an order in our website to avail point system.
Points will be added in user’s account within 48 Hours after completion of an order at www.cleopatraweb.com
Minimum 100 points are required to spend in next order through website.
Points are valid till 90 days only (Customer has to spend the points within 90 days from the date of earning).
Points can be earned only by ordering from our website (www.cleopatrweb.com).
Points can be earned from selected products only.
Points cannot be spent/redeemed at our outlets.
Points cannot be transferred to any other user/account in cleopatraweb.com
Points cannot be converted into cash or bank transfer.
Points cannot be earned or spent on tax amount.
Points cannot be earned or spent on shipping fee.
Points will be taken back if an order has been refunded or cancelled.
Points can be spent on selected products only.
